About Payments

Are there any discounts available?

We offer promotional discounts on occasion. When a discount on an artwork is available, you would be shown a discounted price on the website or will receive a promocode for the same.

What types of payments are available?

Payments can be made through razorpay payment gateway that allows payments through Netbanking, UPI, Wallets, Credit/Debit Cards...etc. Payments can also be made by COD (Cash on Delivery) mode only for paintings upto some threshold. Every artwork delivered is insured. Insurance can be claimed in case of any damage.

Can I cancel my puchase?

If the ordered artwork is confirmed and you have already received a confirmation email, it is not possible to cancel your order as it has already been processed. If you have not received a confirmation email, you are able to cancel the order.

What is the return shipping fee?

In most cases, there will be NO charge for return shipping. However, if there is damage to the art piece(s) caused by the buyer, the buyer is required to cover shipping costs.
